Throughout the project we were informed, asked our choices and guided by Sergei. He was a pleasure to have in our home and did impeccable work of making our completely remodeled bathroom everything that we had envisioned.

Veronika helped with paint color selections as well as the color of the grout we selected and it was great to have her guidance. Oleg was very diplomatic and helpful.

We contracted United Seattle to upgrade two botched bathroom remodels. Alex and Rus were excellent communicators, we knew what was happening every step of the way. They had strong follow-through and the quality of their work is fantastic. It’s clear they take a integrity in producing a great end result. The only con I will mention was the difficulty we had navigating some unexpected permitting situations and how United Seattle responded to these unforeseen challenges. But all in all, I highly recommend working with them.

I just want to thank United Seattle and specifically Victor who represented me in my dispute with Allstate. At a time that all my neighbors were getting new roofs they tried to deny my claim. Victor came to bat for me and I am glad I can repay him back in this review.
