Alpha Delta Phi

United Seattle had the privilege of partnering with ACG Construction for the Alpha Delta Phi project, providing top-notch exterior services including siding and painting. Our dedicated team's expertise shone through as we undertook this comprehensive project.

We began by applying Tyvek Commercial Wrap on the new construction, while Prosoco liquid applied was used where existing siding/stucco was replaced. This acted as a strong barrier, providing superior weather protection for the building.

Next, we installed a furring for rainscreen system, a crucial step to ensure long-lasting durability and improved ventilation. This was followed by the careful placement of James Hardie stucco texture fiber cement panels. These panels were chosen for their exceptional quality and durability, adding a modern aesthetic appeal to the exterior.

The soffit panels and fiber cement trim boards, also from the reputable James Hardie line, were installed meticulously, enhancing the overall appearance of the building. Stainless steel fasteners were used to ensure a sturdy, secure installation.

Our team also installed metal flashings integral to siding, and utilized flashing tape, sealant, caulking, and spackle to ensure a seamless and watertight finish.

Finally, we brought in our painting experts to add the finishing touches. They used high-quality, weather-resistant paint that perfectly complemented the newly installed siding, bringing out the best of the building's features.
