This sleek townhouse impressively sits on a spacious lot area. Its sophisticated white and wood accents with high ceilings have created a timeless style as Washington Waters view. Capturing this view through the extensive use of glass. The bathroom and kitchen designs are made lavish and sophisticated that bring a youthful edge, enveloped in light and comfort engraved by United Signature. This remodeled home showcased its elegance with its design and style in a white accent.
Existing Conditions
This sleek townhouse remodel consists of spacious, sun-oriented living areas seamlessly joined to expansive kitchens w/ open shelving and large pantries. The area rests on an elevated landscape and the roof deck captures the amazing view of Washington waters and a homey neighborhood with lush greenery. Hence, adding functions to awkward spaces inside the home would enhance the home’s scenery
The Plan
Through the seamless mirrored feature of the home, we design a contemporary feel in wood and white accent to flourish the setback look of the property’s location.
A – Expansive kitchens with open shelving, custom Acadia Craft cabinetry, & large pantries.
B – White finishes with a matte black accent for the bathroom.
C – A cozy, sun-oriented roof deck finished in wood accent floors.
D - High ceilings complemented by clerestory windows ensure great lighting.
The Process
We have partnered with Blackwood Builders Group for the construction in making this remodeling project possible and worthwhile. Working closely and hand-in-hand with our skilled craftsmen and designers have made sure that the end product is attractive and meets all the objectives for which it is built into a sleek, cozy and ultra-modern townhouse.
Highlighted Feature
The use of white to light gray colors is to keep the whole property looking clean with a perfect combination of the natural lighting coming from the wide mirrored windows. A Peninsula Kitchen is designed to maximize the space and give enough room for comfortable movement. On the other hand, the open cabinetry adds up a minimalistic look for the whole kitchen area.
Enveloped in gorgeous solid white cabinetry with a wood-paneled flooring. The contemporary design is made practical for the kitchen area is tidy, clean, and kept clutter-free.
Both bathroom and kitchen fixtures have chrome finishes, while the cabinet hardware is matte black finishes. The floorings are black porcelain tiles, and the walls are vertically designed hexagon ceramic tiles.
Going through the shower area is a gigantic frameless shower enclosure and a two-way shower system. All are incorporated with all-white wall tiles in a herringbone 90° pattern for a more sophisticated look.
