Scope of Work:

1. Siding Installation: Our team installed durable, weather-resistant siding, ensuring the exterior of the building will be able to withstand various environmental conditions while enhancing aesthetic appeal.
2. Drywall Services: United Seattle demonstrated expertise in installing drywall across different sections of the building as detailed below:

• Roof Ceilings: Our team proficiently installed 1/2" drywall in areas designated as FC7, FC8, FC6, and FC5.
• Interior Ceilings: We covered interior ceilings, specifically area FC03, with 1/2" drywall, offering a clean and smooth finish.
• Exterior Walls: All exterior walls were furnished with 1/2" drywall, ensuring a robust and resilient outer shell.
• Interior Walls: Our skilled craftsmen fitted all interior walls with 1/2" drywall, achieving a polished and seamless look.
• Party Walls: For party walls, we used a 5/8" single layer of drywall to offer additional strength and sound insulation.

Throughout the project, United Seattle maintained clear and open communication with Blackwood Builders Group, ensuring that all tasks met the General Contractor's specifications and expectations.
