Nisqually State Park

United Seattle brings multi-trade crews to public works projects across Washington, and the new Nisqually State Park facilities near Eatonville, WA are a showcase of our exterior work. Working for general contractor Berschauer Construction, our team delivered the siding and building-envelope scope on the park's new structures off Mashel Prairie Road.

The exterior package centered on CeraClad fiber cement panels, cedar trim, and a full weather-resistive barrier system, with United Seattle's drywall crews handling the interior board work as well. Scaffold-based installation on a state park site means strict safety planning, environmental care, and coordination with the prime contractor's schedule.

Phase work began in late 2024 and has continued into 2026 with additional phases at the park, a sign of the trust Berschauer and Washington State Parks place in our crews. One contract, one point of contact, and the same team from start to finish.

More About the Project...

At Nisqually State Park in Eatonville, WA, United Seattle installed the complete exterior cladding system on the park's new buildings for Berschauer Construction. Our crews applied the weather-resistive barrier and flashing details first, creating a continuous, drainable envelope before any siding went up.

The finish exterior combines CeraClad ceramic-coated fiber cement panels with clear cedar trim, a durable, low-maintenance pairing well suited to a wooded state park setting. Inside, our drywall team hung and finished gypsum board so the structures were ready for paint and fixtures. Scaffolding and lifts were staged to keep crews productive on multi-story elevations while protecting the surrounding site.

Siding, weather barriers, and drywall are three of the trades United Seattle self-performs for general contractors and public agencies throughout Western Washington. With prevailing-wage experience and Buildertrend-tracked schedules, we give primes a subcontractor they can plan around — one contract, one point of contact, every trade.
