Enetai Townhomes

Enetai Townhomes in Suquamish, WA is one of United Seattle's largest multifamily interior packages to date. Working for general contractor Clark Construction, our crews delivered insulation, drywall, interior painting, and LVP flooring across multiple townhome buildings on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Multi-building communities reward a subcontractor who can run several trades in sequence without gaps. Our teams moved building by building through 2024 — batt and blown insulation first, then drywall, then a complete interior paint package, then luxury vinyl plank, carpet, and cove base to finish each unit.

With more than $700,000 in contracted scope and a year-long schedule, the project shows what United Seattle brings to a general contractor: one contract, one point of contact, and in-house crews across the trades that make up a finished home.

More About the Project...

At Enetai Townhomes at 6812 NE Kaleetan Lane in Suquamish, WA, United Seattle provided the interior finish package for Clark Construction across the community's townhome buildings. Our insulation crews installed batt insulation in the walls and blown insulation in the attics of each building to meet the energy code and keep the homes quiet and comfortable.

Our drywall team followed with gypsum board, taping, and finishing throughout, and our painters applied the full interior paint package — primer and finish coats on walls, ceilings, and trim. Flooring crews then installed luxury vinyl plank, carpet, step wrapping, and cove base to complete every unit ready for move-in.
