Working for general contractor Kroll Konstruction, our crews delivered the interior build-out of Building B at 6617 Associated Blvd — a commercial tenant improvement inside an active distribution facility.

The scope centered on the trades we do best: light-gauge metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, and a complete interior paint package. Framing tall partition walls inside a warehouse means working from scissor lifts and holding tight tolerances over long runs, and our team handled it while keeping the facility's operations moving.

From the first stud in May 2024 to the final coat of paint, United Seattle managed framing, drywall, painting, door installation, and plumbing coordination under one contract and one point of contact — the multi-trade approach that saves general contractors time, money, and headaches on commercial projects.

More About the Project...

At the Amazon warehouse project in Everett, WA, United Seattle provided a full interior finish package for general contractor Kroll Konstruction. Our framing crew laid out and set non-structural metal stud walls — including 8-inch studs at 12-foot heights — to create the new office and support rooms inside the warehouse shell at 6617 Associated Blvd, Building B.

With framing complete, our drywall team hung gypsum board and taped and finished every joint to a smooth, paint-ready surface. Our painters then applied PVA primer followed by Sherwin-Williams finish coats, delivering clean, durable walls that stand up to the daily traffic of a working distribution center. United Seattle also installed the interior doors and coordinated the plumbing rough-in through our licensed plumbing partner, so the space was ready for the tenant's final fit-out.
