Senior housing has to be built to last and look welcoming from day one. At Reliance Senior Housing on Pacific Avenue in Tacoma, WA, United Seattle delivered the exterior siding scope for general contractor Corstone Contractors, giving the building a durable, low-maintenance envelope.


Our siding crews mobilized in fall 2025, working from lifts and staging to install the cladding, trim, and flashing details across the building's elevations. As with every United Seattle exterior, the focus is on the details that keep water out: flashing, sealant, and a properly integrated weather barrier.


Tacoma and Pierce County are a growing market for United Seattle, and this project joins our other multifamily and senior-living exteriors across the South Sound — all delivered under one contract with one point of contact.

More About the Project...

At Reliance Senior Housing at 3659 Pacific Avenue in Tacoma, WA, United Seattle provided the exterior siding package for Corstone Contractors. Our crews prepared the substrate and weather barrier, installed flashing at every window, door, and transition, and set the finish siding and trim to the architect's details.


Equipment was staged to reach every elevation safely, and the work was sequenced with the general contractor's other trades so the exterior could be closed in on schedule and the interior finishes could proceed behind it.
