Working for Regency NW Construction, our crews delivered the metal framing and drywall scope for the renovated space at 3000 Landerholm Circle SE.


Campus work means coordinating around classes, controlling dust and noise, and hitting inspection milestones on a tight academic timeline. Our team framed the new partitions with light-gauge metal studs, then hung, taped, and finished the drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface.


The project ran from September 2024 into early 2025 and adds to the college, university, and public-agency work United Seattle has completed across Western Washington — all under one contract with one point of contact.

More About the Project...

At Bellevue College in Bellevue, WA, United Seattle provided the interior framing and drywall package for a campus tenant improvement led by Regency NW Construction. Our framing crew laid out and set non-structural metal stud walls to create the new rooms, working from the architect's plans and coordinating openings with the mechanical and electrical trades.


With framing complete, our drywall team hung gypsum board and taped and finished every joint to a Level 4 surface ready for the painter. Materials were staged after hours and work areas kept clean daily so the surrounding campus stayed open and in use throughout the project.
