Everett High School CSC

Schools are some of the most schedule-sensitive projects a subcontractor can take on, and United Seattle has built a reputation for delivering them. For the Everett High School CSC tenant improvement in Everett, WA, our crews provided the metal framing, drywall, and insulation scope for general contractor DHC.


The work ran through the summer of 2025 so the space would be ready when students returned. Our team framed the new partitions with light-gauge metal studs, insulated the walls for sound control, and hung, taped, and finished the drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface.

More About the Project...

At the Everett High School CSC tenant improvement at 8609 Evergreen Way in Everett, WA, United Seattle delivered the interior wall package for general contractor DHC. Our framing crew set non-structural metal stud walls to the architect's layout, coordinating openings and backing with the electrical and mechanical trades.


Our insulation team filled the partitions for acoustic separation between rooms, and our drywall crew hung gypsum board and taped and finished every joint to a smooth surface ready for paint. Material was ordered in bulk and staged on site so the crews could move through the space without waiting on deliveries.


Metal framing, drywall, and insulation are three of the trades United Seattle self-performs for school districts, public agencies, and general contractors throughout Western Washington. From a single classroom to an entire wing, we bring the crews, the materials, and the project management to deliver on schedule and within budget.
