Community buildings deserve the same craftsmanship as any commercial project. At the Rainier Beach Action Coalition building on Martin Luther King Jr. Way S in Seattle, WA, United Seattle delivered a true multi-trade renovation for general contractor Abbott Construction — framing, structural upgrades, roofing, windows, exterior prep and paint, and interior painting.

The two-story renovation ran from mid-2023 into 2024. Our carpentry crews handled first- and second-floor framing and a phase of structural upgrades, our roofing team installed the new roof system, and our painters prepped the CMU exterior and painted both levels inside and out.

At the Rainier Beach Action Coalition building at 9095 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S in Seattle, WA, United Seattle provided a multi-trade renovation package for Abbott Construction. Our framing crews completed the first-level framing, second-floor framing and sheathing, and a second phase of framing and structural upgrades to bring the building up to current standards.

Our roofing team installed the new roof, the replacement windows were set, and our siding and painting crews prepped the CMU exterior, caulked and sealed the envelope, and applied the exterior finish. Inside, both levels received full interior painting, and the space was primed and textured for a clean, consistent finish throughout.
