Ashford at Vista Park is a multi-building condominium community at 973 NE Ingram Street and 1731 10th Avenue NE in Issaquah, WA. Since 2024, United Seattle has been the homeowners association's exterior contractor there, re-roofing the buildings in phases and now delivering a full re-side and repaint of the community.
The roofing phases ran from summer 2024 through summer 2025, building by building, so residents and parking were only affected one building at a time. Each roof was torn off to the deck, dried in with synthetic underlayment and new flashing, and finished with GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles, including the entry awning roofs at the units.
In 2026 the association brought us back for the largest phase yet: new lap siding, shake accents and trim, and a full exterior repaint across the buildings. One contractor, one point of contact, and the same crews from the first roof to the last coat of paint is how we keep HOA projects on schedule and the board's phone quiet.

More About the Project...
United Seattle's work at Ashford at Vista Park started on the roofs. Across 2024 and 2025 our crews tore each building's roof off to the deck, replaced damaged sheathing where we found it, dried the decks in with synthetic underlayment, and installed new metal flashing and roof vents before finishing with GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles. The entry awning roofs at each unit were re-roofed to match, so the community reads as one clean, uniform roofline.
In 2026 the association brought us back for the largest phase of the program yet: new lap siding with shake accents and trim, finished in a sage body color with dark brown trim and red entry doors. The work is phased building by building while residents stay in their homes, with our crews coordinating parking, access and notices through the board and property manager so day-to-day life in the community keeps moving.
For an HOA board, the value of one contractor across every phase is continuity. The crew that re-roofed the buildings already knows the flashing details, the drainage paths and the trouble spots, pricing carries from one phase to the next, and every building is closed out with a board punch walk and logged updates along the way. If your association is planning a roof, siding or paint program, we're glad to walk the property with you and price it in phases that fit your reserve study.
