United Seattle installed the siding on a new 10,998 SF commercial shell building at Chambers Bay Lot 3B in University Place, working for general contractor Retail Construction Associates.
The storefront elevations mix Longboard wood-look aluminum, fiber cement panels and Fiberon composite cladding for a warm, modern retail look.
Crews worked from August 2025 into early 2026. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Chambers Bay Lot 3B, United Seattle started with weather barrier, zip tape and liquid flashing at every opening and transition so the shell was sealed before cladding.
The finish exterior combines Longboard aluminum, fiber cement panels and Fiberon composite cladding, with metal flashing at every change of material. Boom lifts kept the crews moving across the tall storefront walls.
