Divine Court
United Seattle installed the siding, windows and exterior paint on Divine Court, a seven-story mixed-use building on East Main Street in downtown Auburn, working for general contractor Bayley Construction.
MS Real Estate developed the 98 apartments over a two-level concrete podium with ground-floor retail, designed by Benny Kim & Lydia Design. Our crews worked from scaffolding and swing stages to reach all five wood-framed floors.
The building opened in 2024. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Divine Court in Auburn, United Seattle installed the weather-resistive barrier and rainscreen first, then set and flashed the windows on every wood-framed floor above the concrete podium.
The finish exterior uses fiber cement panels with a custom cornice detail where the siding meets the podium, finished with exterior paint. Scaffolding, lifts and swing stages kept crews productive on a busy downtown block.
