Edmonds New Start Center
United Seattle hung and finished the drywall for the Edmonds New Start Center, Snohomish County's conversion of a former Highway 99 motel into emergency bridge housing for people experiencing homelessness.
The county bought the property in 2022, and the YWCA operates the center. It is the county's first New Start Center.
Our crews worked through 2025, from gutted rooms to finished corridors, and the center opened in June 2026. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.
