El Nor Apartments

United Seattle is proud to have been a part of the complete exterior transformation of the El Nor building, located in the heart of the Central District, just off Yesler. Collaborating with Buchanan Construction, we brought our expertise to bear on a range of renovation tasks that have revitalized this property, making it not just more attractive, but also more functional and energy-efficient.



Our comprehensive renovation approach included new siding, window replacements, frame updates, and roof upgrades. Each element of our work was carefully planned and meticulously executed to enhance the building's aesthetic appeal and durability.

We began with the installation of new siding, choosing materials that are both visually appealing and able to withstand the Seattle climate. The new windows we installed are not just stylish, but also energy-efficient, providing improved insulation and reducing utility costs for the residents. In addition, we updated the frames to provide added structural integrity to the building.

Finally, we turned our attention to the roof, upgrading it to ensure long-lasting protection from the elements. Each step of the process was carried out with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring the finished product is as impressive as it is durable.
