United Seattle re-sided and insulated Gilman Place, a one-story office and retail building in Issaquah.
The spring 2025 project included new siding and cedar trim with metal flashing, DensGlass sheathing, spray foam, and added insulation in the crawlspace.
Tenants stayed open while our crews worked. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Gilman Place in Issaquah, United Seattle installed DensGlass sheathing and new siding with cedar trim, detailed with metal flashing at every opening and transition.
Our insulation crew added spray foam and extra insulation in the crawlspace to tighten up the building.
