The warehouse and office build-out started from a gutted shell and ran from January to April 2025.

At IML Security Supply in Tukwila, United Seattle framed the new offices and corridors with metal studs and fire-treated wood framing, using scissor lifts for the tall warehouse walls.
Our drywall team hung, taped and finished every wall across the office and corridor areas, ready for paint.
