Trades, one contract
United Seattle framed and drywalled the new Tukwila branch of IML Security Supply, a security hardware distributor, working for general contractor Nyecon.
The warehouse and office build-out started from a gutted shell and ran from January to April 2025.
Commercial TIs run on tight timelines, and our crews kept pace from first stud to final tape. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

BEFORE & AFTER
See the transformation at IML Security Supply. Slide between the 'before' and 'after' views to watch an empty warehouse shell become finished offices and corridors, built out by United Seattle's in-house crews.
More About the Project...
At IML Security Supply in Tukwila, United Seattle framed the new offices and corridors with metal studs and fire-treated wood framing, using scissor lifts for the tall warehouse walls.
Our drywall team hung, taped and finished every wall across the office and corridor areas, ready for paint.
Framing and drywall for commercial tenant improvements is everyday work for United Seattle across King County. One contract, one point of contact, every trade on schedule.
