United Seattle has masterfully executed a series of exterior renovations at Longfellow Run, serving as a subcontractor for CDK Construction. This extensive project began with the strategic removal of old cladding and the installation of new, reinforced wall sheathing that fortified the building’s structure. The transformation was marked by the fitting of high-quality James Hardie siding, which promises durability and a fresh, modern look to the development.



Further ensuring the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the buildings, United Seattle installed new windows, sliding glass doors, and storage doors, complemented by precise interior window liner adjustments for a refined appearance. The addition of James Hardie panel soffits and the elegant 'Woodtone' finish contributed to the exterior's visual appeal.

The project concluded with a comprehensive painting of the exterior trim, siding, doors, and related components, delivering a polished and cohesive exterior that stands out in the neighborhood. Through meticulous planning and execution, United Seattle has not only reinforced the structural soundness of Longfellow Run but has also significantly elevated its curb appeal.
