Longhouse Memory Care

Memory care communities are homes first, and their exteriors set the tone for residents and families. At Longhouse Memory Care on 208th Street SE in Bothell, WA, United Seattle delivered the exterior siding package, installing the cladding, trim, and flashing that give the building its finished, residential character.

Our siding crews began work in summer 2025, coordinating closely with the project team so that work around an occupied care setting stayed quiet, clean, and safe. Every elevation was flashed and sealed to protect the building for the long term.

Bothell is one of United Seattle's core service areas, and this project adds to the senior-living, multifamily, and commercial exteriors we have completed across the north King and south Snohomish County corridor.

At Longhouse Memory Care at 332 208th Street SE in Bothell, WA, United Seattle provided the exterior siding scope for the community. Our crews prepared the weather barrier, installed flashing at every opening and transition, and set the finish siding and trim across the building's elevations.
