Lumina Townhomes
United Seattle installed the siding, windows, slim brick and drywall on Lumina, four new for-sale townhomes and an ADU on 104th Avenue NE in Bothell, and handled the site concrete including sidewalk and curb.
Each four-bedroom home runs about 2,300 SF with a two-car garage, 12-foot ceilings and a brick and fiber cement exterior.
Work ran from spring to fall 2025. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Lumina in Bothell, United Seattle wrapped each home in weather barrier, installed and flashed the windows, and finished the exterior in fiber cement plank siding and trim over slim brick veneer.
Inside, our drywall crew hung and finished the walls and ceilings. Outside, we handled site prep, sidewalk and curb.
