Maple Leaf Apartments
United Seattle installed the fiber cement siding, metal coping, eyebrow frames and flashing on Maple Leaf Apartments on Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle, working for general contractor Pavilion Construction.
Emerald Bay Equity developed the five-story building, designed by Skidmore Janette, with 69 apartments over ground-floor retail and two levels of underground parking, plus a green roof and roof deck.
Crews worked from swing stages and boom lifts through 2023 and into 2024. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.
