Repainting an occupied apartment community is a logistics job as much as a painting job. At Olympic Crest on Lilly Road NE in Olympia, WA, United Seattle's painting crews delivered a prevailing-wage exterior paint package across the property, working around residents, parking, and daily life.


Our team prepped, primed, and painted the buildings with Sherwin-Williams coatings selected for durability in the South Sound climate, sequencing the work building by building through 2023 and into 2024 so residents always had access to their homes.


Prevailing-wage residential work adds certified payroll, documentation, and inspection requirements that many painting contractors avoid. United Seattle's project management team handles it as part of the job — one contract, one point of contact, and records the owner can rely on.

More About the Project...

At Olympic Crest at 204 Lilly Road NE in Olympia, WA, United Seattle provided the complete painting scope for the apartment community. Our crews washed and prepped every elevation, addressed failing coatings and sealant, and primed bare and repaired surfaces before applying the finish coats.


Sherwin-Williams exterior coatings were applied in the community's approved color scheme, with trim, doors, and railings detailed by hand. Work was sequenced building by building so residents kept access to their homes and parking throughout.
