United Seattle provided the drywall, resilient channel, metal framing and drop ceilings for Olympic Ridge on 14th Avenue in Seattle, working for general contractor Belotti McHugh Design + Construction.
Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties built the four-story building so 17 families earning at or below 80% of area median income could buy a home. New homeowners were celebrated in April 2025.
