Trades, one contract
United Seattle repainted the exterior of Overlook at Juanita Bay, a three-story condominium building on 98th Avenue NE in Kirkland, for the homeowners association.
The September 2025 project took the building from its original light palette to a deep navy body with light trim, while owners stayed in their homes.
HOA repaints call for clear notice, tidy sites and quick turnarounds, and this one wrapped in about two weeks. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

BEFORE & AFTER
See the transformation at Overlook at Juanita Bay. Slide between the 'before' and 'after' views to watch a faded light exterior become a crisp navy and white finish, painted by United Seattle's in-house crews.
More About the Project...
At Overlook at Juanita Bay, United Seattle prepped every elevation with washing, scraping, caulking and masking before any paint went on.
Crews applied the new body, trim and door colors, detailing entry doors, railings and trim by hand, and protected landscaping and walkways throughout.
HOA and condo repaints are a core service for United Seattle across the Eastside and Puget Sound. One contract, one point of contact, every building on schedule.
