Overlook at Juanita Bay
United Seattle repainted the exterior of Overlook at Juanita Bay, a three-story condominium building on 98th Avenue NE in Kirkland, for the homeowners association.
The September 2025 project took the building from its original light palette to a deep navy body with light trim, while owners stayed in their homes.
