United Seattle framed and drywalled a new freestanding Panda Express restaurant with drive-through on Mountain Highway East in Spanaway.
Crews started in December 2023 and worked through spring 2024, and the restaurant held its grand opening in August 2024.
Restaurant builds run on tight schedules. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Panda Express Spanaway, United Seattle framed the exterior walls with metal studs, built the interior steel framing, and framed the drive-through.
Our drywall team hung pre-rock and drywall and finished it throughout the dining room, kitchen and back of house.
