Rainer Ave Condos

At United Seattle, we're really proud of the work we've done on the Rainier Ave Condos. Nestled at 4029 Rainier Ave S in Seattle, WA, this project saw us partnering up with Kirtley Cole Construction, a bunch of folks as passionate about building as we are.

We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into a whole range of jobs, starting with the siding. We made sure we got that just right, giving the condos a really smart look and a sturdy shield against Seattle's sometimes unpredictable weather.

Next up, we tackled the window installation. We love this part because it's about more than just fitting panes of glass - it's about framing the beautiful views of our city and flooding these homes with that gorgeous Pacific Northwest light. And hey, it doesn't hurt that these top-notch windows help keep the energy bills down, too!

Inside the condos, we worked on the drywall. This job might not sound glamorous, but getting it right is vital - it's like the canvas for the decorators and needs to be flawless. Our team worked their magic, creating a smooth finish ready for the final touches.

Speaking of final touches, our painting team brought their A-game, adding color to the Rainier Ave Condos. Armed with top-quality paint and an eagle eye for detail, they brought life to the walls, adding character and warmth to each and every home.
