TENANT IMPROVEMENT
United Seattle has successfully completed the assigned project at Rite Aid, Sedro Woolley, focusing on the light gauge metal stud framing and gypsum drywall scope of work. Our proposed scope of work included the following:

Interior Drywall and Metal Framing: We will meticulously install the drywall and metal framing according to the provided plans and specifications, ensuring precise and accurate placement.

Wall Insulation: We will effectively insulated the walls, utilizing appropriate insulation materials to meet the desired energy efficiency and soundproofing requirements.

Level 4 Smooth Wall Finish: Our skilled craftsmen will achieve a level 4 smooth wall finish, providing a seamless and polished appearance to the interior surfaces.

Patching Existing Walls: We will diligently patch any existing walls as necessary, ensuring a cohesive and uniform look throughout the space.

Stocking and Scraping: We will manage the stocking of materials and responsibly handle any scrap generated during the project, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Hoisting: United Seattle will handle all necessary hoisting requirements, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials to the designated areas.

Coordination with Other Trades: We understand the importance of collaboration on construction projects. Our team will actively coordinate with other trades involved in the project to ensure a smooth workflow and seamless integration of all components.

Daily Clean Up: Maintaining a clean work area is essential to us. We will perform daily clean-up tasks, ensuring that the construction site remains tidy and safe throughout the project's duration.
