Riverwalk Apartments
United Seattle delivered nearly every exterior trade on Riverwalk Apartments, a new three-story mixed-use building on Interurban Avenue South in Tukwila, working for general contractor Constantine Builders.
The building has apartments over ground-floor commercial space, indoor recreation and a parking garage. Our scope ran from the TPO roof to the brick at the base, with siding, windows, doors, insulation and paint in between.
Work ran from May 2024 to January 2025. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

More About the Project...
At Riverwalk in Tukwila, United Seattle installed the weather-resistive barrier, windows and doors, then clad the building in dark fiber cement siding with cedar accent bands and stained cedar soffits.
Up top, our crews installed a TPO membrane roof and gutters. At grade, we set brick veneer and grout work. Inside the walls, spray foam and blown insulation closed out the envelope before exterior paint and stain.
