The Outpost at Smokey Point
United Seattle installed metal siding on Buildings 3 and 4 of The Outpost at Smokey Point, a 288-unit apartment community in Arlington, working for general contractor and developer BYK Construction.
The three-story buildings sit next to the Cascade Industrial Center, with a clubhouse, gyms and a dog park on site.
Work ran from June to August 2023. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.
