Totem Valley Business Center
United Seattle re-sided Totem Valley Business Center, a multi-building office, flex and warehouse park near I-405 in Kirkland.
Crews stripped the old wood siding building by building and replaced it with a new weather barrier, fiber cement siding and panels, and new trim and flashing, working from spring 2023 into 2024.
Phased work let each building close back up before the next one opened. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

At Totem Valley in Kirkland, United Seattle removed the original siding down to the sheathing, then installed a new weather-resistive barrier with LiquidFlash details at every opening and penetration.
Pressure-treated furring created a drainage gap behind new fiber cement panels and siding, finished with trim and flashing detailed building by building and bug screen at the vents.
