Two10 Apartments
United Seattle built the exterior envelope and installed the windows and sliders on Two10, a 210-unit apartment community on Midvale Avenue North in Shoreline, working for general contractor ACG Builds.
Vintage developed the building, designed by Architecture All Forms, with four residential floors over two levels of parking on the Interurban Trail. Our crews handled the weather barrier, siding, windows, sliding doors and metal coping.
Work ran from spring 2023 until leasing began in 2024. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

More About the Project...
At Two10 in Shoreline, United Seattle wrapped the building in VaproShield weather barrier over pressure-treated furring for a ventilated rainscreen, then installed and flashed every window and sliding door into the barrier.
The finish exterior combines fiber cement siding with Trespa Pura flush panels in French walnut, aluminum and wood accents, and metal coping at the parapets. North, south, east and west elevations moved in sequence to keep the building on schedule.
