Trades, one contract
United Seattle re-sided and painted UP Animal Care Clinic and Veterinary Surgical Center on Bridgeport Way West in University Place, working for general contractor Rush Commercial Construction.
The phased renovation turned a neighboring salon into a surgical center and more than doubled the clinic, which stayed open for patients the whole time.
Working around an operating clinic meant clean sites and flexible sequencing. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.

SIDING & INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINT
BEFORE & AFTER
See the transformation at UP Animal Care. Slide between the 'before' and 'after' views to watch worn wood siding become smooth fiber cement and fresh paint, installed by United Seattle's in-house crews.
More About the Project...
At UP Animal Care Clinic, United Seattle removed the old wood siding and installed smooth fiber cement lap siding with rustic Hardie trim, including a matching trash enclosure.
Our painters finished the exterior and completed the interior painting package for the expanded clinic and new surgical center.
Siding and painting for occupied commercial buildings is everyday work for United Seattle across the South Sound. One contract, one point of contact, every trade on schedule.
