United Seattle re-sided and painted UP Animal Care Clinic and Veterinary Surgical Center on Bridgeport Way West in University Place, working for general contractor Rush Commercial Construction.
The phased renovation turned a neighboring salon into a surgical center and more than doubled the clinic, which stayed open for patients the whole time.
Working around an operating clinic meant clean sites and flexible sequencing. One contract, one point of contact, and the same crew from start to finish.
