Verterra Amenity Center

Amenity centers are the front door of a new-home community, and the finishes have to match the homes they represent. At the Verterra community by Shea Homes in Bonney Lake, WA, United Seattle delivered the drywall and metal framing scope for the new amenity center, working for general contractor Bayley Construction.


Our crews framed the interior partitions with light-gauge metal studs and then hung, taped, and finished the drywall throughout the building to a smooth, paint-ready surface, coordinating openings and backing with the mechanical and electrical trades along the way.


Starting in early 2026, the project extends United Seattle's work with production home builders and their general contractors across Pierce County — one contract, one point of contact, every trade.

More About the Project...

At the Verterra Amenity Center at 14753 209th Avenue Court E in Bonney Lake, WA, United Seattle provided the interior framing and drywall package for Bayley Construction. Our framing crew laid out and set non-structural metal stud walls to the architect's plan, creating the clubhouse rooms, support spaces, and corridors.


With framing complete, our drywall team hung gypsum board on walls and ceilings and taped and finished every joint to a Level 4 surface, ready for the painter and the community's premium finishes. Materials were staged in bulk so crews could work straight through without waiting on deliveries.

From a single amenity building to an entire community, we bring the crews, the equipment, and the project management to deliver on schedule and within budget.
